Welcome to the New Hanover County Executive Development Center!

We are excited to be one of Wilmington, North Carolina’s most economical yet fully equipped professional office and meeting space facilities.  The New Hanover County EDC is located only two miles from Wrightsville Beach, as well as moments from the Mayfaire Towne Center, Airlie Gardens and the Landfall Community.  We are adjacent to the Northeast branch of the New Hanover County Library and are within minutes of the area’s premier accommodations, dining, shopping, and recreational amenities. 

Our newly renovated building offers a variety of office and meeting spaces that are available to rent or lease and are certain to accommodate your business or social event needs.  Our meeting spaces feature state of the art Audio-Visual equipment including webinar capabilities, ceiling mounted projectors and screens, speaker podium, laptop and wireless internet connectivity.  Blu-Ray players are also available for your use in each of these rooms.  Additionally, our A/V equipment will accommodate both Windows and Mac environments.
